Parhit Samaj Seva Sanstha

This programme aims at making the community aware about water conservation and management. It also aims at turning water conservation and management into a national movement so the community may become self-reliant in water and food security can be ensured.

The following is being done under NRM:

• Increasing sensitivity about soil and water conservation
• Conservation of natural resources like water, forest and land on which livelihood of villagers depends and strengthening organisational processes in this regard
• Motivate the community for people’s participation to address issues like continuity of programmes, self-reliance and maintenance
