Construction of household toilets, soak pits, nadep and vermicompost pits, washing and bathing platforms for promoting sanitation at community and school levels

Hygiene education in schools so children adopt good practices about sanitation

Prevention of water borne diseases and promotion of appropriate treatment of such diseases

Formation of water and sanitation committees involving teachers, teacher-parent associations, health workers, anganwadi workers, self help group members, etc.
